7th grade Term 5 news
Week 1- Slab construction is the focus of the clay unit. The plan should have additive/subtract, and an all-around theme. Plans should be colored in and labeled with other materials if they are using other things. View this slide show to get ideas. Week 2- Continue construction on Clay Dwelling .

Week 4-Students are glazing their bisque fired clay. When they are finished and their clay has been glaze fired, they will fill out the rubric for their grade.
Week 5-Students will begin a type of accidental design project where we blow india ink with a straw. They are to create at least one tree from the blown ink and include at least one silhouette to add their their composition. Week 6- Our last partial week of term five students will be completing all three projects which are due April 25th
